C Post Roll Forming Machine and U Post Roll Forming Machine are
support machines of Highway Guardrail Roll Forming Machine. This
C/U Post Roll Forming Machine can produce the C Post for Highway
Guardrail and U Post for Highway Guardrail in one machine or by
cassette with quick change save cost and time, which is good for
reducing the clients’ investment. C/U Post can be used as the
support for two waves or three waves highway guardrail .
The U Channel Roll Forming Machine is technically capable of
producing steel purlins of 2 to 3mm (common thickness), sometimes
5mm for special applications.For most U purlins, punching can be
used.Purlin raw material can be steel coil, chrome plating coil,
etc.
Our machine can produce U purlin of different sizes 80mm-300mm
(standard) by replacing the roller gasket.
In the steel industry, different purlin structural shapes were
given representative names to facilitate the easy description of
drawings and documents.Channel sections, with or without flange
stiffeners, are usually referenced as C purlin;The channel section
without flange stiffeners is also called U purlin.Point symmetry
with a shape similar to the letter Z is called a Z purlin.
C purlins are generally used for roofing and wall surfaces. Since
the roof requires wind snow load, it is best to use a continuous
beam structure. While C purlin can only form a simple support
instead of continuous beam structure due to overlapping failure.
That’s why C purlins are main used as wall purlins while Z purlins
are mainly used for roof purlins.

1. Q: What's the warranty period? (24hours online)
12 months warranty period, starting from the date of the successful
installation and commissioning of the equipment at the Buyer’s
Installation site. During which all parts damaged because of
quality problem will be changed for free.
2. Q: Do you have installation and commissioning service
A.If buyers come to our factory to inspect, the training to install
and operate is provided face to face. If not, manual and video is
provided to show how to install and operate.
B. If buyer need we will send technician to buyer site to do
installation and commissioning and training.
C.installation and commissioning cost: One engineer will visit
Buyer’s workshop for installing, commission and training. The buyer
has to pay USD100/per day and visa fee, air tickets fee,
accommodation and food, necessary communication, etc.
(Normally ,It takes about a week to install )
3. Q: What’s your after-sales service ?
We provide 24-hour online service for our customers.
And we are happy to give advice and also have skilled technicians
available to maintain the machine overseas to customers’ workshop
if needed.
4. Q: What's your delivery time ?
Normally we can finish production and testing within 45-70 days
after receiving deposit. Some machines in stock, can be delivered
at any time
