Welding pipe machine line is complete equipment for welding steel pipes. It rolls the strip or plate then welds the tube to steel pipes by welding or submerged arc welding. Welded pipe making machine is composed of uncoiler, leveling machine, butt welder, loop, straightening machine and high frequency equipment.

Working Flow

{steel strip} — un-coiler — (opener & straightener & pincer & leveler) — strip-head shearer & butt welder station — vertical cage accumulator or horizontal spiral accumulator loop — forming M/C (main driving unit + flattening unit + breakdown section + fin pass section +seam guiding stand + high frequency induction welding system + squeeze welding roller stand + outside scarfing unit + horizontal ironing stand) — emulsion cooling section — sizing M/C (main driving unit + sizing section + speed testing unit + straightener + pull-out stand) — CNC flying saw under computer control — conveyor table.

After sale service

1). Engineer will give free training lessons to labors in buyer’s factory.

2). The Buyer will buy the round-trip air ticket for Engineer if visa application is approved. The buyer is also responsible to bear expenses generated, e.g. visa formalities, meals, accommodation and allowance of USD100 for engineer per day.

3). During this guarantee period, we will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, we will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.

4). We will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond one year and provide long-term technical guide.
