Material of main equipment

1) Roller material: high grade no. 45 forged steel, plated hard chrome on the surface
of roller with thickness 0.05mm
2) Active shaft material: high grade No.45 carbon wrought steel at diameter 75mm
3) Cutter blade: Cr12 mould steel with quenched treatment
4) Electric elements: control system with PLC model S7-200, Siemens transducer with
ABB control panel with TP170, Siemens. It can input 10 sets of spec at one time

5) Oil tank model of hydraulic system: CB-E310

Components and Function

Coil Feeding Equipment Consists of one uncoiler with capacity of 3000kgs and its base. The mandrel can expand or shrink. With separate button to make the mandrel roll.

Guiding Equipment Adopting guiding bar and sliding block to control the width and position of the steel sheet. The coil is guided in the correct position and passed to the roll forming equipment.

Roll forming system The main frame of machine is welded separately and the outside wall is connected by screw after being roto-blasted on the surface. The rollers with quenched treatment after being machined by the exact machining tool.

Hydraulic Station Supplies the initial power to the cuter through a closed oil tank. It is off without cutting, which can save the power.

PLC Control Panel Main parts imported from Mitsubishi. The operation is easy and steady and can be choose operation by manual or automatically.

After sale service

1). Engineer will give free training lessons to labors in buyer’s factory.

2). The Buyer will buy the round-trip air ticket for Engineer if visa application is approved. The buyer is also responsible to bear expenses generated, e.g. visa formalities, meals, accommodation and allowance of USD100 for engineer per day.

3). During this guarantee period, we will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, we will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.

4). We will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond one year and provide long-term technical guide.
